STEP ONE
Initial Meeting & Presentation

  • Full overview of the National Qualified Program
  • Who is National Qualified, what benefits/services we provide, Powerpoint presentation, answer questions
  • Review initial Demographic Census – purpose and importance

The presentation meeting went well and you would like to implement the National Qualified Program. Now what?

Our team will email our Demographic Census to you to be filled out. No personal information will be required for the initial census. This information is used to determine the number of employees that qualify for the program, which plan each employee qualifies for as well as each employee’s net per pay period impact. We also determine the overall tax savings for your company.

What we need from you: Fill out all yellow highlighted information only on the census and upload to the HIPAA compliant share file folder.

Once we receive the census results, we will contact you to set up a meeting to go over the results.

Program Verification

Contracts & Agreements

We will email a Master Service Agreement/ACH Consent Form, New group implementation form, Insurance form and MEC Plan if applicable.

What we need from you: Sign all forms and return to National Qualified.

Provides a Demographic Census to be filled out in full.

The Full Demographic Census information is needed to implement the National Qualified Program. This Full Demographic Census will continue to be used on a per pay period basis to continually determine accurate employee payroll transactions

We will set up initial payroll call with all parties involved in payroll; National Qualified TPA, Clients Payroll Administrator and Clients payroll software company representative.

During this call our payroll specialist will:

  • Share screens with the client in order to set up the proper payroll codes within the system.
  • Review how to set up and provide automated census reports.
  • Discuss any concerns about the money flow that will be initiated each time payroll is run. Invoicing, ACH Nacha wire transfer.
  • Review Administration Fee.

Payroll calls are set up to handle any concerns. We will review output from test payroll run to verify.

Enrollment & Education Process

We will set up an Initial Enrollment Call with our enrollment team. Our enrollment team will outline the process of how they communicate and educate the employees. Ideas to obtain best enrollment results by client can be shared.

In addition, we will set up calls with the client. Every week National Qualified and the client will connect to go over any questions and concerns that may come up during the enrollment process.
